DELIVERY
Purchased products will be delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, to Omniva parcel terminals.
If the order amount exceeds €49, delivery will be free of charge. If the order amount is less than €49, a fixed delivery fee of €3 applies.
Products available in stock will be delivered to the Buyer’s selected terminal within 1–3 business days. If the order was placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, the products will be delivered on the following business days, within 1–3 days after the holiday period.
If the purchased products are not in stock, they will be delivered to the selected terminal within 14 business days.
RETURNS
Purchased products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.).
If the Buyer receives the wrong item, a defective item, or if the item arrives in damaged packaging, the Buyer must immediately contact info@smash.store.
Items cannot be returned if:
They are damaged, have damaged packaging, or have otherwise lost their marketable appearance;
They are used, even if still functional;
They are incomplete (e.g., missing parts or accessories);
They are sealed goods that have been unsealed and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
